Once installed, we fertilise, apply a lawn grub preventative, and roll the turf. We run the customer through the proper care instructions of their new lawn (how often to water/mow/fertilise). Our commitment doesn’t end there—our service includes post-installation support, offering advice and regular checks. With our exclusive 'lawn insurance', if your lawn doesn’t take root and grow, we’ll replace it free of charge (assuming proper maintenance practices). Question 2: What is your growth guarantee?
We understand some customers may have concerns about the grass we install not taking root and dying. As a professional turf installation company, our main goal is customer satisfaction and that's why we provide post-install support and offer our growth guarantee. We guarantee that your grass will take root and grow within 3 months from installation or we will come and replace it. We also provide expert advice on fertilisers, lawn maintenance and are happy to help with any concerns or questions you may have.
